The difference between direct heating and indirect heating of pipeline explosion-proof heater?

There are two main heating modes of pipe heater: 1. Direct heating (internal heating): direct laying through parallel laying on the pipe; another is spiral, equidistant, directly wound on the pipe; 2. Indirect heating (far-infrared heating): heating through far-infrared electric heating device. These two heating methods are described in detail below.

Mode 1: Direct heating (internal heating)

Mode 2: Indirect heating (far infrared heating)

Indirect heating has appeared in recent years. It covers the bottom of the reactor and the middle and lower parts of the pipe heater with the inner electric heater of the pipe heater through the far-infrared electric heating equipment. It does not need direct contact to heat. The far-infrared electric heating device of the pipe heater has a large heating area of the internal system of the pipe heater, which makes the pipe heated. The temperature of the heater rises steadily and rapidly, the heat release of the pipe heater is uniform, the temperature control of the pipe heater is convenient, the pipe heater can be controlled in upper, middle and lower sections, the temperature of the kettle wall in the pipe heater is easy to control, the pipe heater has no side effects on the fuel in the kettle, and the carburization of the material in the scribed pipe heater is not possible, and the operation of the pipe heater is noiseless. The pipe heater is pollution-free and durable. The energy-saving effect of the pipe heater is very obvious.

The material heated and dried in the far-infrared duct heater absorbs the far-infrared radiation energy at the same time inside the pipeline heater and the surface molecule of the pipeline heater at a certain depth. The pipeline heater absorbs energy like solar energy to generate heat. The material in the pipeline is heated uniformly, thus avoiding the quantity of the pipeline heater due to the different degree of thermal expansion. Variable, can maintain the shape, physical and mechanical properties, fastness and color of the heated object in good condition to a large extent.
