Air heater is mainly used to heat the required air flow from the initial temperature to the required air temperature, up to 600 degrees Celsius. It has been widely used in many scientific research and production laboratories, such as aerospace, weapon industry, chemical industry and universities. It is especially suitable for active temperature control and large flow high temperature combined system and accessories experiment.

When the air heater is overhauled or underhauled, it is necessary to clean the water side and check the appearance of the air side. In general, in operation, if the air temperature caused by the blockage of water side is 5 degrees higher than the normal temperature, it should be cleaned.

1. Cleaning inspection during gun repair

2. Remove the flange screw of the inlet and outlet valves of the circulating water, and remove the connecting reception of the inlet and outlet valves.

3. Remove the front and rear water chamber joint surface screw, remove the front and rear water chamber.

4. Clean the steel pipe. Care should be taken to maintain the orifice when cleaning.

5. Clean up the rust and mud in the water room and wash it clean with water.

6. Use a scraper to repair the residual flange gaskets at the interface of the wiper chamber and the inlet and outlet of cooling water.

7. Check whether the air side pipe and radiator are damaged or not.

8. Check whether there are cracks in the water chamber and whether there is glass damage in the baffle.

9. Install the joint gasket. The gasket is 3-5mm image rubber pad.

10. Brush the bolts with oil and dry them with black lead powder.

11. Spread red-red anti-rust paint on the side of the water chamber and the water inlet and outlet pipe board.

12. Check the air heater repair methods and processes as follows: air cooler tube and its four-wall joints should be tightly airtight.
